A Night of Music and Meditation Downtown YMCA with Fred and Beth Stone

Please join Beth and me as we bring you an evening that is both educational and relaxing during the busy month of December. We will begin with a discussion by Fred who will share some of his lovely instruments and speak about the yogic sound and the significance of sound. We will then guide you through a relaxing meditation in which you can sit up, lie down, or cozy up in any way which suits you.

What to bring: a yoga mat, yourself, comfy clothing, anything to make your restful experience more comfortable
