We are excited to see growing interest in Naada yoga (union through sound). People who discovered naada yoga in the past year have given wonderful feedback, and we are expanding our classes and workshops . Join us at the Lotus Yoga Center in Apopka at 7PM on the second Tuesday of the month -next session will be Tuesday June 12th.  Other events and locations are in the works, if you have a favorite yoga studio and would like to see them host naada yoga, please let me know so I can contact them.

Naada yoga is a great way to release the stresses and imbalances built up over the holidays and to move into direct experience and awareness of your true self. Unlike many forms of yoga,it doesn’t require any physical abilities and is suited for just about everyone.  If you are new to yoga and/or meditation it’s a great way to experience the bliss of uniting mind/body/spirit. If you’re adept at other forms of yoga, naada yoga will add new dimensions to your practice and help you go deeper and further.

Using the wisdom of the sages of India and the world as our guide, we’re exploring the nature of Self and focusing on Self-realization.
