Our next naada yoga session will be on Monday, June 25th at 8:00 PM. As always, everyone is welcome, no experience necessary. We will be doing Monday evening classes on an ongoing basis. Contact me if you need more information. Naada yoga is the yoga of sound and vibration, using the vital breath (prana) to manifest the union of mind. body and soul. This ancient practice is accessible to just about everyone, since it doesn’t require physical poses or exertion. No mat or special clothing is needed, just be able to sit comfortably for about an hour as we “tune up” the physical and spiritual body.
