We now have two study/practice groups on Sundays. First we are exploring the Atmopadesa Satakam (100 verses  of Self-instruction) by Narayana Guru with commentary by Guru Nitya Chaitanya Yati. This is considered jnana yoga, dealing with knowledge. Then we are doing naada yoga (union through sound) dealing with bhakti, devotion. This is NOT hatha yoga, so no physical exercise is involved and it is suitable for everyone. No previous experience is needed, and you can come for one or both classes. We will begin with jnana yoga at about 6:30 and start chanting with naada yoga around 7:30. Please contact me if you have any questions or need more information.
